| |
Creating new places to meet, have a coffee and relax. |
| |
Ensuring accessibility and ease of movement, with full consideration given to the needs of people with buggies, wheelchairs, mobility difficulties and visual impairments. |
| |
Designing robust and attractive street furniture to complement the street scene (including benches, lighting, litter bins, cycle stands and bilingual signage) with care taken to avoid creating clutter and obstructions. |
| |
Ease of maintenance to ensure that the area remains clean and attractive. |
