Discussions are in progress with existing occupiers regarding potential inclusion in the new scheme, and other alternatives where appropriate. |

It is currently anticipated that an outline planning application will be submitted in 2009. The Planning Application will be accompanied by an Environmental Statement, which will assess potential effects of the development in a wide variety of areas, both during construction and longer term. |

Preparatory demolition work has started already. Construction will start once detailed design work is complete and all post planning application proceedural requirements have been satisfied, giving a potential start date in 2010. The multi storey car park will be part of the first phase. |

Access to existing properties and temporary parking will be maintained throughout the construction period. |
